  The DP405S has a 1W high-power loudspeaker, which, combined with advanced digital voice encoding and forward error correction, brings loud and clear audio, even in a noisy environment.
• Long Battery Life
  The TMDA technology used within the DP405S, along with power-saving features, enables the battery to provide up to 36 hours of use, under normal conditions, in digital mode. This is provided by the standard high-capacity lithium-ion battery supplied with the radio.
• Emergency Call and Lone Worker
  Enhance user safety with Emergency Call and Lone Worker functions. These features are programmable and can be activated by your supplier using the service software.
• Battery Indicator
  The DP405S has a button which, when pressed, will provide an audible message of the battery charge status. This will ensure you always know when it is time to recharge your radio battery.
• Channel Annunciation
  As you change channels, the channel number is announced from the internal radio speaker. This allows you to easily find the correct channel if the radio is on your belt or if you are in poor light conditions.
• Compact Size
  The DP405S is small and lightweight and can be easily clipped to a belt or carried in a pocket. The radio controls are easily accessed and make this radio very easy to use.
